NattyDread Yoga

I started my yoga journey in 2007 when a friend dragged me to a hot yoga class in Camden after 90 mins I was hooked and at every opportunity I would rush there for a session. I worked in London at the time looking after children so the release of my stressed mind and body at the end of the day was a wonderful feeling. 

When my job came to an end I was sadden by the fact that i wouldn't be able to attend my classes any longer, I started to look around St Albans and its close surroundings and after a couple of months of search i was glad to find Nina Sebastiane who was teaching  hot classes in a school classroom with little noisy blue heaters in each corners, it was a great laugh. When Nina announced that she would be opening a studio in the near future , I jumped with joy. As soon as  Feel Hot Yoga opened, I rushed through the door and got my membership and after a while I even joined the feel hot yoga team and practiced as much as i could. 

Yoga helps me with my hectic life and a lot of personal troubles. It has always been a fantastic way of forgetting about everything and focus on myself.  So after years of practice I decided to take on a teacher training, I felt it was the next step  forward  as I wanted to share with others my love of yoga.
